    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to Rs. 49,999.
    • Bank Transfer / Online Payment: Required for orders exceeding COD limits.
  • Delivery charges starting from Rs. 120 are applicable on all orders.
  • Minimum order value for delivery: Rs. 1,000. Orders below this value will not be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location but generally take 3–7 working days within Pakistan.

Females Planet shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Exchange & Return Policy

  • No monetary refunds are entertained.
  • Products can only be exchanged in case of:
    • Manufacturing defects,
    • Wrong item delivered,
    • Damaged item received.
  • Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and tags, within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
