Exchange Policy

If a product doesn’t fit your style, size, or expectations, you can request an exchange.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
  • Courier charges for exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Sale items and beauty products are non-exchangeable.

Return & Store Credit

Prefer not to exchange? We offer store credit in the form of a voucher for your next purchase.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
  • Invoice slip is mandatory for return processing.
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Courier charges for returns will be borne by the customer.

 Refund / Cashback Policy

If you’d like a refund instead of exchange or store credit, we’re here to help.

  • Request a refund via WhatsApp within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with tags.
  • Upon inspection, 100% of the invoice amount will be refunded.
  • Refunds are processed through:
    • COD
    • Bank Transfer
    • Habib Bank Limited (HBL)
    • Credit Card Payment
  • Processing Time: Up to 2 working days
  • Bank transfer fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
